The Sixers were 9-73 in '72-'73

The Nets are on pace to get to 5 or 6 wins.

What say ye?

They have a couple really talented guys in Harris and Lopez, and Lee is a solid guy. There's no way they don't scrape out some more wins as the season progresses.

Now that people are healthy, I see some sort of wins coming. Who knows though. It would be funny to see.

Alot of the players on that team are over rated.....

... Harris especially. Brook Lopez is the real deal but they were talking about Harris like he was Magic Freaking Johnson last year, and obviously he isn't. He's a nice role player on a good team but I'm not sure he's any more than that.

Yi is back and playing well. Hopefully they start winning.....dont want them getting #1 pick.

I think they will at worst get 12 wins, but im predicting 15-67 for them

Yea they got Yi back and CDR has been hurt again, let's see if they can do anything with the full team back and then judge. Yi has been killin

They were also with out their all-star pg for most of those losses. He seems to be getting his leggs about now and they will improve. I am with Max though, please no number 1 pick.

I don't think they will set the record. But I do think they will get the number one pick.

Thanks, I appreciate the compliment.

This could come down to the wire, currently 7-61

Remaining schedule:

Toronto
Miami
Sacramento
Detroit
@Chicago
San Antonio
Phoenix
New Orleans
@Washington
@Milwaukee
Chicago
@Indiana
Charlotte
Miami

With 2 games against Chicago, 1 against Charlotte (2-1) it could be interesting.

I can't see how these players don't start trying. The players up for contract still have to prove they're worth a damn for another team to sign them. Although their confidence is trashed this year, who knows.

Most of the guys that are up for new contracts on the Nets are scrubs who wouldn't be a part of their core group of talent.
