discuss.

poll will be added once we figure out who they are playing.

for now. Who would you rather play dodgers or cubs.

Its got to be the dodgers, right? kershaw scares me, but the rest of that team doesnt

I've been waiting for this since the first time my dad carried me on his shoulders while I held an Indians pennant and walked down the tunnel to our upper deck seats at Cleveland Municipal. I was only 7 and 9 in '95 and '97, so the moment was lost on me. My dad and I are going to game 2, and for the first time ever I paid for the seats. Win or lose, this has been a season I'll never forget.

As I stated in another thread, Idc who we face with this staff. Bring them all on.

From a fan perspective I'd rather it be LA. Far less Dodgers fans will find away into progressive than Cubs fans.

Yall fuckers want Dodgers but remember Kershaw can very well beat us game 1 and close game 2.

Buy tickets before we know who we are playing. Believe it or not prices will sky rocket. Especially if it's the Cubs.

Dodgers.

Kershaw doesn't even scare me.

I see your point about the greatness of Kershaw, but he's not going to be ready for game 1

I'm scared of that guy.

I don't mind playing either one, we're home and have a clear advantage. But not just here, people want LA because they seem like a automatic win or something compared to Chicago.

Off topic: Ryan Merritt plays Clash OF Clans before the ballgame lol

Getting Salazar back for the World Series would be huge, even if it's just out of the bullpen. You would think that they could shorten the game that much more, as long as he's healthy.

Course he can. But while the Dodgers have the best starter in baseball in Kershaw, the Cubs rotation as a whole is very, very good. They have 3 top-tier starters on their staff, and a very good lineup and bullpen.

I’d take my chances with the Dodgers knowing Kershaw can only make an appearance in 2-3 games at most.

quite frankly if salazar can pitch he goes right back to that starter role. Put him as the game 2 starter and ask him to go 3, bring in the bullpen. After that the bullpen has a day of rest and is ready for game 3.
