Herm Edwards and Bill Polian are totally trashing him on ESPN. Forcing someone into financing a 30k dinner is ludicrous.

a comment like that coming from that scumbags dad is like the least surprising thing ever. The guy has been assigned to be a "team leader", which is something he had the privilege of going to Harvard Business School (through the NFL) to learn effective leadership principles.
Then he hazes and gets personal with Martin in his first AND second season.
After all this, Incognito has the gull to tweet that he wants hi name cleared.
Then, (allegedly) his dad goes on a Dolphins message board and completely kills the Dolphins and Martin, attacking Martin's personal life...

Fuck Richie Incognito. I don't know much about Martin, but the Dolphins are fostering this idiot Incognito. Lastly, Incognito's dad is a piece of shit.
I don't have nearly as much animosity over this.. The dude got like a 1.5 million dollar signing bonus and over 600K in guaranteed salary this year. It is a regular occurrence that rookies pay for a dinner with their direct referent others (read: team offensive linemen) out of respect. This is how they have stories to tell and how they build relationships. I'm not against the "hazing" of making a guy pay for an expensive dinner if the goal is to kind of band together. Clearly doesn't seem to be the case here. Or it has gotten way out of hand.
I am against insensitivity and standing up to be a team leader, yet acting like a full-time bigot. The other linemen were going along with the treatment, which tells me that they're far out of touch with who Martin is. A LEADER should understand the character dynamics and work to make the unit better. What Incognito did was ostracizing Martin out. Belittling him.
When the goal is to humiliate with no regard for reigning a guy into your "world", that is no longer hazing. That is, and I am not a fan of this word in sports, bullying. I know because I've been hazed and even though it was rough, I look back on it as the best time I never want to have again. After it, I felt closer to those who I was being hazed with and by.
Really boggles my mind that some people are actually behind Incognito on this.
Shit...is anyone actually behind him? I feel like everything I've seen has been calling him out. Meanwhile...what's with this BRINGIT shit? What's he gonna beat up Adam Schefter?
Seems like it.
As far as people being behind him:

I'd try to find more, but I don't want to look for idiots anymore
In the #BengalsvsDolphins program. Richie Ingognito was asked "easiest teammate 2 scare?...Johnathan Martin"
