Crack Cocaine imprisons a lot of blacks disproportionately. As I understand it 90% of prisoners for crack cocaine are black. Yet more white people use it. Obama slashed the penalty comparing crack to power form 100 to 1 to 18 to 1. As if that is justice.

There is a stark difference between users and dealers. The user (both white and black) are much less likely to be arrested for large amounts crack when compared to the dealer who works every single day to move the product. When your job is to sell hardcore drugs, your odds of not going to jail are very small. Most of your street vending crack dealers are black in highly concentrated urban areas which is why you see more black people in jail for drugs than other races.
