Your apology rings hollow, LeBron (Sam The Bullshit Whisperer)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Dude, nobody's saying he can't have his opinion.

If he wants to hang off of LeBron's cock, by all means, he can.

But the fact that he's getting all bent out of shape that people are ridiculing him for openly supporting LeBron on a Cavs fans website is absolutely absurd.

If he wants to do all that (openly support LeBron) here, he needs to learn to take the heat (no pun intended).

Take the "heat" ... sure. Anyone can have their opinion shredded, up to a point right? The board actually does have some rules.

Well when I look at it now. It aint Lebron's fault, its Coach Brown and the players fault. If Coach Brown saw Lebron giving up you bench his ass for it. It's the players fault because they didnt step up when they saw him quitting on them. They didnt do anything about it so they should be the ones at fault.

Its also the front office's fault in my eyes. We could have had Amare Stoudemire two times at the trade deadline and we chose Antawn Jamison. We could have had Tyson Chandler but we chose Shaq. Dumb moves by Ferry and Gilbert to make Lebron "happy" cost us two championships. Signing free agents like Jamario Moon dont make this team a championship team but in Ferry and Gilbert's eyes it did.

I think you may have a lack of understanding how the NBA works. Earlier you said we passed up on Amar'e twice. Neither of which happened. Chris Broussard acknowledged that he may have ruined that trade and people within the Cavaliers organization were pissed at him about it. Once Suns fans found out the deal that was on the table, Kerr probably saw the reaction and said "fuck I can't do that now". The Suns jerked us around and ended up paying ultimately because Amar'e left for nothing. You can't take a gun to the other GM's head and be like trade now! There's no way the Cavs passed on a Wally for Amar'e deal as you say. Sorry the Cavs passed on Tyson Chandler after he failed a physical and the team that traded for him didn't want him. I'm pretty sure we all thought the guy was done at that point.

So Mike Brown should have benched a guy that already benched himself? If Mike Brown benched LeBron, he'd look like an even bigger idiot on offense than he was. Mo Williams stepped up big game 5. 25 points is above his average and in game 1 he pretty much won the game for us with his dunk.

Signing a guy like Jamario Moon added depth and that was what we could get. You can't force a guy to sign with Cleveland, it doesn't work like that.

And I don't see how you can blame the front office. Didn't Lebron say he didn't want the Cavs to get rid of JJ for Amare? And how can you get mad at the Cavs for signing guys like Jamario? Who else was going to come to Cleveland? No one worth while was going to sign when Lebrons future in Cleveland was up in the air. Also, Ferry didn't cost us two championships. The only moves you were critiquing were Shaq, Jamison, and Jamario. All of those guys were last season. Adding those guys didn't cost us the title last season. The only thing that cost us a title last season was Lebron James quitting. So I really don't know what point you are trying to prove.

Your thinking of the close-out game, not LeQuit game. Mo had 20 points before half-time, but just 2 points after. In game #5, Shaq tried to carry the team, and I'll always admire that, but it was way too little and way too late.

Ferry made solid moves, IMO, but things don't always work out the way you want - and bad luck was a huge factor. Why did Ben Wallace have to break his leg? Why did Shaq have to break his thumb? These things and many more (like Mo+Shaq not being able to defend Rondo) are all contributing factors whether you guys want to admit it or not.

If LeBron was 100% healthy and 100% mentally there ... it would have given us a better chance to beat Boston, but it wouldn't have guaranteed nothing - because of the myriad of other flaws with the team that Boston could and did exploit.

The Amare deals we proposed were primarily attractive because of the $$$ we were going to save Sarver, not so much for what we were offering. The typical Suns fans would have preferred to get Beasley than JJ, but Kerr didn't want anything to do with Beasley. So yeah, the Phoenix organization was going to get reamed and blamed for gifting us a championship - their fans were going to revolt, etc.

One thing I'm not sure about is whether we would have pulled off the deal even if James and Stoudemire wouldn't agree to extend. After all, we had the Jamison deal on the back burner where we didn't have to give up a significant player. I'm thinking we probably would have. All in, is all in.

The thing that people always forget about the whole safari is once mark stein (i believe) leaked the talks a day later an 'inside source' made it publically know that the heat would send beasley over with picks etc..This stalled the talks long enough for the cavs to get cold feet and go in the other direction. That why reilly was gm of the year, he was willing to saboutage other deals to keep lebron up for grabs, if only journalists on espn could hold onto a story

We've all been down this road before and we know where it leads. Bigjmac has an opinion and in many of our eyes he's way off base. I suggest moving on from this thread because it will only give you a migraine.
