Since the draft is now 2 weeks away thought it would be good to get everyone's opinion and ranking of what players who have a somewhat realistic chance of still being there at 19 they would like the Cavs to draft.
Here's mine.

1. Marreese Speights
2. Brandon Rush
3. Chris Douglas-Roberts
4. Kosta Koufos
5. Donte Greene

I swear thats my list exactly

Im one of the guys who just isnt impressed much with CDR but he fits nicely in that 3rd spot... actually he and Rush could probably switch spots.

1. CDR
2. Brandon Rush
3. Marreesse Speights

Kosta comes no where close to my list, and I only have 3, because I believe all 3 will be available.

CDR
Rush
Speights
Donte Green
Ty Lawson

I REALLY don't want Koufos

1.Speights
2.Courtney Lee
3 Brandon Rush
3a.CDR
-those 2 are about a tie for me
5.Donte Greene

#1 Marreese Speights (And pray he's not Melvin Ely :chuckles:)
#2 Courtney Lee (I'll take him over the other 2 swingmen, and I don't believe he's going to be a 2nd round pick, so I might as well get him while I can)
#3 Chris Douglas-Roberts
#4 Brandon Rush
#5 Javale McGee

1. Courtney Lee
In a perfect world, this kid would have been highly touted and would go higher. Bottom line is his game correlates to Mayo's much better than anyone else's in this draft. He's got size, speed, handle, and he can shoot the pill. Biggest weakness is he can be very hot or very cold. Could end up as a Larry Hughes clone. Hope that isn't the case.
2. Donte Green
As a fellow 'Cuse fan, there is plenty to like about Green. For starters, his size. He's close to 6'11 and may end up being over 7 feet. He reminds me so much of Rashard Lewis it's scary. HIs ceiling is tremendous. Now the bad. He gets lazy, tends to rely on his shot way too much. His defense is atrocious and he loses focus. A lot. At the end of the season, his 3pt % was dismal. I mean pathetic.
3. Brandon Rush
Tall combo guard that can play D, run well, and shoot. As far as safe picks are concerned, he may be the best at 19. Unfortunately, he reminds me a ton of Shannon Brown, only taller and a bit quicker
4. CDR
See Rush, only I think CDR has more potential than Rush. He has the makings of a Tayshaun Prince, only a bit smaller.
5. JaVale McGee
Well, what to say. This kid has the makings of a bonafied stud. Problem is he's still very raw. 7'1, 240. Needs to put on about 20 lbs. And he will. Kid can shoot long range. Perfect person to grandfather into Z's position when he retires.

I read somewhere on ESPN.com that he put on some weight before the combine and he was working hard on gaining it. Which is why his combine numbers were so bad.
