Since it now appears that we are going to be selecting in the top part of the draft who are you top 5 on your board. Mine are as follows:

1. Kyrie Irving
2. Terrence Jones
3. Derrick Williams
4. Jared Sullinger
5. Perry Jones

We are going to draft some euro who you have never heard of.

1. Kyrie Irving
2. Terrance Jones
3. Perry Jones
4. Jared Sullinger
5. Enes kanter

1. Kyrie Irving

2-5. Anyone else (Sullinger, Kanter, one of the Jones kids, Williams, too close to call)

1.) Kyrie Irving(but slowly starting to lose some luster...I need to see him on the court again to truly feel good about the pick)
2.) Jared Sullinger(He's a lock to be a really good NBA PF as far as I'm concerned. Not a superstar though. Some all-star games probably. Safe pick. )
2b.) Perry Jones(Chance to be a stud, chance to be a dud. Key word is chance. That's why I'm still not fully convinced. Show me something, PJ. I want to draft you. I will talk myself into it. Just SHOW ME SOMETHING)
4.) Jonas Valanciunas(The young buck continues to improve. Project, but he could be the next Gasol. Unbelievable measurables and still growing.)
5.) Terrance Jones(I think he can play the 3 in the NBA, I think he can score 15 a night, and he rebounds like a fiend. Best case scenario is Gerald Wallace with a better outside shot. Worst case scenario is Terrance Williams which frightens me. The Cavs really shouldn't end up with this guy unless one of the top 4 doesn't declare, IMO)

Yeah, clearly you can make that kind of generalization when we haven't picked in the top 10 since LeBron.

After that I don't have a clue.
Based on work prior to college I would have rated Kanter very high as he has dominanted basically every international games he's ever played in. Havent' seen how his maturation has gone though. He worked over the USA team with Sullinger but again that was a year ago.

People maybe sleeping on the Jonas Valanciunas kid as well as he has terrific height and athletic ability.

Sullinger scares me because he lack explosion/height and while he does everything else wonderfully I don't think he effects game on the defensive end outside of rebounding plus we don't have a terrific defensive center to settle out our defense. He reminds me a lot of the Bulls drafting Brand: safe pick but you're going to have fill holes he creates.

Jones is a wonderful talent but you wonder how much Anthony Randolph is in him

Like Derrick Williams but not sure he is a top 3 guy because he's a tweener (David West 2.0)
Like T. Jones as well but same thing applies as Williams

1. Kyrie Irving

2.T.Jones
3.P.Jones iii
4.D.Williams
5.Enes Kanter

sorry i'm not high on sullinger on what i've seen

1. Kyrie Irving (PG team can build around)
2. Jared Sullinger (Could be a young Elton Brand or at worst Boris Diaw, nice re-building piece. And perfect player to draft to allow for another #1 pick next year.)
3. Perry Jones (Sessions, Eyenga, Jones, JJ, and AV lineup would be fun to watch, can they play defense though?)
4. Terrance Jones
5. Enes Kanter (Nice center option to replace AV if they trade him next year. Supports another year to tank)

If Irving and Sullinger come out:

1. Kyrie Irving
2. Jared Sullinger
3a. Perry Jones
3b. Terrance Jones
5. Enes Kanter

If Irving and Sullinger stay.

1. Perry Jones
2. Enes Kanter
3. Terrance Jones
4. Derrick Williams
5. Jonas Valanciunas

4. Terrance Jones
5. Enes Katner (Nice center option to replace AV if they trade him next year. Supports another year to tank)

I'm assuming you mean Boris Diaw in the sense that he'd be a great 4th/5th option, and not in the way they play. Because outside of height and weight, Diaw and Sullinger couldn't be any more different.
