The consensus feel is the Hawks made the offer, but they aren't offering any money to anyone besides Joe Johnson as of now once they figure his decision out expect them to persue Johnson and Curry. Johnson's first year would be 20 million so that would leave them with only 4 so it won't be them. My guess is that he signed with the Bobcats being they only have Okafor and May and Brezec.
