Just in to ESPN.com: Cavs paying Zydrunas Ilgauskas $925,000 for rest of season, according to sources with knowledge of contract

Breaking News: Cavs GM Danny Ferry Faces Kidnapping Chargers

As center Zydrunas Ilgauskas is set to make his return for his Cleveland Cavaliers, the events surrounding his signing has taken a turn for the worse.

Approximately 9 seconds after agreeing to Z's contract signing, Ferry was arrested by police for kidnapping allegations. Ferry, visibly confused, asked what the arrest was about. Police released an official statement:

"Sir, you're under arrest for the kidnapping of 1, Antawn Jamison. We have reasons to believe he was taken from his Washington residence by your henchmen."

This infuriated the GM, as his last words before being put in a police cruiser were "Come on, I gave them a draft pick!"

Police also had a search warrant but nothing surfaced after the search, except for the career of Ben Wallce found in Ferry's drawer.

The case is set to start on July 1st, plus or minus Chinese investors bailing him out.
