Well Z was in NY and no doubt had access to some Derek Jeter memorobilia so I don't think PIP is going to change his mind unless Z adds that to the sweeten the pot.

The earliest he can sign is March 22. So the earliest game he could play is March 24.
However, the team can't formally negotiate with him until March 22, so we won't know the specifics until next week.
