Cleveland Browns 2017 Training Camp

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
How would that work? Would day 1 be in cle, 2/3 be in canton? Would they split the difference and put it in akron? Or just host it in either cle or canton and just act like its in the same place, because outside of ohio no one would really know the difference haha.

It would all be in Canton for the Draft but the City of Cleveland would benefit as well from having the draft in Canton so the Browns are trying to help that out. It's possible they will have some events in Cleveland and the surrounding areas.

Wow, the idea of Marcus Martin taking that last interior spot over Spencer Drango would surprise me. I wonder if the Browns are trying to showcase Greco for a trade, he's a great 6th man if the Browns want to go that direction but at his age I don't see him in the long term plans like Drango could be.

I was thinking the same thing, in regards to Martin getting the last spot over Drango. Though things could change, surprising to hear.

The Browns are very deep at DT. Meder can hold it down, give extra reps to the rookies.

Poor Rod Johnson must have no confidence after the beating Garrett has given him this camp.

Hell, Thomas has had issues keeping Garrett in front of him at times. I think he will be embarrassing lots of OT's this year.

I don't think he will, I was just speaking to the absurdity of that hypothetical.

There are certain posters who love to just rail against guys, at all costs.

Peppers seems like he's going to be the Kevin Love of the Browns.

No matter what he does, there will always be a cross section of the fan based that doesn't like him.
Maybe some in the fan base, but who on here?

Literally all Rob did was ask a question (one I think was a pretty natural question given that he didn't play many (any?) defensive snaps last game and you guys were like sharks in the water who just smelled blood

But what evidence is there that anyone on here will not like him no matter what? I was very critical of the pick. I will be fucking thrilled if he wins defensive rookie of the year as would Rob

I was super critical of the Shelton pick and was piling on his rookie year. Last year he played much better and I was happily eating crow

I think people always just assume oh people don't like him because Michigan and never will (and there was ONE poster who said something like that on his thread so I'll give you that) but most of us just didn't like the pick because we weren't thrilled about the player. And it's not like there's been anything to either vindicate or prove that stance wrong yet

The assumption that any time someone doesn't like a pick they're a hater is a bad one

Not going to harp on it. I've read enough stuff on here to know who is being constructively critical and who is just taking the Kevin Love approach. For the sake of the Browns forum, I hope he's good. If he's not, people will be insufferable over him.

It will be hard to believe Peppers won't be at least a solid player for us since he is a very good fit for the defensive scheme, both skill wise and mentality wise. He is in the perfect situation for himself, so hopefully he takes advantage of that.

This isn't Peppers specific though. We non stop bash Erving because he's fucking garbage. We all bashed Gilbert. All bashed Manziel. Peppers will be no different. If he blows everyone will bash him and talk about who we could've drafted instead. It has nothing to do with Michigan

My allegiance runs to the Browns. We all welcomed Bogut with open arms to the Cavs. If Peppers pans out I'll be thrilled. Anyone feeling differently likely isn't a Browns fan
