Cleveland Browns 2017 Training Camp

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He has been a model Brown and not just on the field, as he was always present for Browns community/charity events.

Aside from that time he called someone a homophobic slur and went on to explain that he "doesn't agree" with being homosexual. He apologized eventually, but not a great look. I think that was his rookie season and young players do dumb things, I just have a hard time referring to someone as a model Brown when they made those remarks at any point.

Shobert looked as good in week 2 as Tank looked bad in week 1.

He was a model of a Brown as much or more than anybody outside of..maybe Joe and Joe? I'm glad he will be gone but he definitely did seem like a good teammate/person.

Preseason injuries suck.

Surprised Tank lasted as long as he did over the years. But not a huge loss.

Players should not be allowed in the NFL if they disrespect the flag, the national anthem or this country. I hope every player that knelled ends up like Collin Kapernick, unemployed and cannot find a job. Idiots, what is happening to this country?

This doesn't draw out the logical connection between the protesting & cutting of players, but I respect your POV. I also respect the POV from the players who've experienced a much different upbringing than I. Nevertheless, it's really not up to you or I to decide when, where, and/or how players protest or decide what the anthem means/who it "respects". Saving your money & not paying towards anything "Browns" is your right, though, and I think it sends your personal message just fine.

This isn't going away. Until some things change with certain factions' outlooks in this country, I don't see why it should.

It looked like Trevon Coley took his job, then it's down to drafted rookies or the old head. I'm still surprised.
Yeah I would say Coley's surprise is what did him in really. Ogubjobi and Brantley haven't seemed to do anything this preseason, but its not really a good look to cut a 3rd rounder or a "2nd round talent" who has been injured. Coley has been better than those 2 plus Bryant. I'm pretty excited at the thought of him actually.

Browns sign DB Christian Bryant

Bryant is 5-9, 195 pounds and officially in his second NFL season out of Ohio State. Originally selected by the Rams in the seventh round of the 2014 draft, Bryant has appeared in 12 career games. He saw action in nine games with the Rams in 2015 and three games with the Cardinals in 2016. Bryant is a native of Cleveland and attended Glenville High School. He will wear No. 36.
