Why???

Are we trying to rebuild on the fly?

Do we have a suitor for Ariza in a future deal?

None of this makes any sense.
 
I know the Cavs have always been very high on Trevor Ariza especially, as well as Jarrett Jack... If the picks weren't involved I could make sense of the deal but with the picks involved I just don't know what to think---in a bad way...

I just remember we own New Orleans' 2nd round pick next year, maybe they want that pick? Still doesn't make sense..

Wow...we are actually getting robbed on this deal! Nothing too promising coming to us! If Marcus Thorton or CP3 were coming to us in return...then yeah, I'd like the deal...but I'm not liking that we have to give up 2 draft picks, 3 players (one being Sessions) and cash. Ehh...fuck this trade. I would only be happy that Jamison would be gone.

LMAO. If this is true, it is just hilarious. I would like to have faith in our front office, but I really can't until they show me something.

You guys gotta remember that Grant wanted to spend 6 mil a year on a backup freakin PG in Kyle Lowry when we are rebuilding. It wouldn't shock me at all if we pulled that deal.
 
I really don't think Cavs are desperate to unload Jamison. This is just BS.

Lowry has as much production as Sessions...all but Lowry has more assists.

Lowry- Pts 12.1 Reb 3.9 Ast 6.4
Sessions- Pts 12.3 Reb 2.9 Ast 5.3

But I agree with you Gimme, it wouldn't shock me if this trade gets done. I sure the hell hope it doesnt't. I don't like Jack, period. Ariza could possibly become our player we build around (even if he will be 26 this year). But still not liking the whole trade with us getting robbed.
 
Shoot me. That just doesnt match up with ANYTHING we have heard that the Cavs plan to do. It just makes no sense.

I expected the whole "rebuild on the fly" possibility to die when this team basically turned into the worst in the league. If Grant still tries it....ugh.
