would love to see Kyrie lead the team and win games in absence of LeBron. Kyrie and Love must be enough to win games in the NBA, yet they are 3-18...

Without LeBron, we don't really have a system like a Spurs or even Warriors. TD retires, Kawhi steps up. System supports him. Curry goes down, rest of team steps up. System supports them.

LeBron goes down.... nothing supports Kyrie and Kevin. Particularly defensively. Given time, I think Lue could develop a successful one. But that's not where we are or need to be right now. LeBron's presence does that to a team.

So, how's kyrie? Are we supposed to be concerned with his injury?

Well... he has missed three games. Lue didn't think he'd miss any. Take no chances. Zero. Nada. Zilch. NONE. If it means sitting out until the all-star break then do it.

I'd like to see Felder's chemistry and Liggins' shooting develop with LeBron anyway. Start them.

Kyrie is burning everyone in the All Star votes, like he is doing on the court. Even Bieber can't help Kyrie Lowry this time, or some Iphone's for free.

About fucking time people recognize he's a great player. I was going to lose my shit if Lowry got voted, again, over Kyrie as an all-star.

He is having a hell of a regular season for the record. Lowry that is. I'll admit, I was skeptical he'd have another really good season. Lowry is a good player, Kyrie is better IMHO.

i'm sorry but the all-star voting is a joke.. weird popularity contest.
Kemba Walker and IT.. poor guys. Having monster seasons, they can't even get in playing like that why even continue playing? just retire.

Zaza is second in all-star voting among front court players? Is that a joke? The guy is a bum, and he might get voted in as an all-star starter? Get the fuck out of here!

Thomas will be on the All-Star team.. Rose won't make it, and I'm not sure if Wade will make it either; will be interesting given the new vote structure as not many coaches/players/media reps will likely vote for him to be on the team.

This is obviously just 50% of the vote for the starters. Kemba and IT both have a shot to make it. I think you could make an argument for five East point guards (Kyrie, Lowry, Wall, Thomas, Kemba), though that's nearly impossible. I'd leave either Lowry or Wall off, personally.

Isn't the fan vote only part of how they figure out who will be the all-star starters?
