I suppose Singletary could be in the mix to also be the linebackers coach if they promote Gregg's kid to DC.
I wonder if they're also looking at offensive position coaches if Saunders, Lee or Wilson gets promoted to offensive coordinator/play caller?
They cannot though make too many changes to the Coaching and FO, since if you make a major change, you end up starting back at square one. That is not a good idea!
Singletary will be brought in as an advisor to the 1 deep safety. Peppers really has been cheating his way toward the LOS. We’ll have to back him up another 30-40 yards pre-snap.
How is this team not already at Square 1 though?
I would understand this argument if this was a team after long term success and then just entered some sort of temporary lull.
But what (of value) do you see some coach, front office type ditching on this roster right now? How could this team somehow be put in a worse position than these past two seasons by a new front office, a new coaching staff taking over?
If this team was sitting at 3-6, 2-7 at this point? I don't think we're quite having this conversation. But we're not. We're 0 and 9.

This regime is 1-24.
Keeping them is not a good idea
They are also the youngest team in the league by actually a fairly larger margin. They cut too many veterans but if you change systems and the thinking now, next year they will end up with another bad year since that new regime will move/cut the players we have and bring in their own guys. We won’t get any older and who knows if we will get anymore talent that way. I get the record is bad, but if we keep changing things we won’t ever get good that way either. So it’s quite possible we keep the group together for year three and hope Jackson shows improvement as a coach with a better team in place since we will be adding talent on both sides through the draft and free agency. They will go all in next season I feel since they know the clock isn’t on their side.
I think they need to keep the front office and fire the coaching staff. This front office needs to bring in a coach who actually believes in what they're trying to do. It's clear Hue doesn't.

Ehhh... who do we think we're kidding, Haslam is keeping everybody. I say this because of the way Hue took all the blame after the last game. He was told he gets another year and keep developing players. Otherwise he wouldn't have sounded so magnanimous. Maybe we add somebody to the front office if we do anything at all. Hopefully we add an offensive coordinator to call plays and force it on Hue. Otherwise? My hunch is Hue has been told not to worry.
