A lot of gamblers fallacy going on in this thread
I would hope we could do it by January 2020. Already young talent (defensive front seven) on the team, most of these guys should take a huge step in the next two years. Legit o coordinator. By 2020 Hue has proved himself or has been replaced. Also that is two more drafts ( one large one this year for sure) and two free agent classes. If they don’t have a team that can win 9 games or more two years from now than something has gone wrong again.
Does the Pythagorean say anything about 2021. Considering shopping at the dollar store for the next 36 months to afford super bowl tickets here in Tampa in 2021The Browns Pythagorean had them as a 4 win team last year.
With expected changes, it is not out of the realm of possibity that this team has 8-8 talent next year. Especially because they have two vet coordinators and another massive influx of talent coming.
This is, of course, assuming that Hue can do an average job and Greggggggg doesnt play 10 on 11 again.

If you can prove to me that you will eat Ramen for every single meal until SB 2021, I will buy you a front row seat at the 50 yard line.
I’m as down on the team as anyone but unless you’re like, 95, this doesn’t make any senseOk, cmon, Superbowl? Playoffs I can see. But I think we all know we're never seeing a Superbowl. Maybe my kids will.

All it takes is an elite QB and even incompetent front offices can win.

I mean there were points in time when I’m sure patriots fans said that about their teamIt was half tongue in cheek, but...I mean, call me when we have one of those. Been waiting my whole life with no end in sight as I'm sure many others (who are older than me) have been.
Besides, just having a good QB doesn't suddenly grant you an automatic Superbowl. Takes luck, and other components as well. In reality, I'm sure the Browns will be good again at some point and maybe even make a Superbowl. But to say with confidence that I will see a Superbowl win in my lifetime? Not sure how anyone can say that.
