Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Oats are my favorite thing to eat prior to an hour-long treadmill session. Great performance and quick recovery.

High FODMAP veggies are just no. Worse performance. Feet hurt after.

Have been taking maybe 4 days off a month. Been working out 2 hrs a day. One hour lift and hour of cardio. Can't stop. I'm beyond tired, but this is all I know

i have completely fallen off the wagon in terms of eating healthy and working out

I think its been 6 weeks since I exercised and tracked calories.

Definitely lost muscle and added fat, serious binging. Resting heart rate gone up from ~60 to 72.

Life and work are hard and it's just a vicious cycle..."welp I'm fat again so might as well crush this box of wheat thins"

blah

It's been a long time, how are you doing? It's never too late to work out, but it's better not to put it off. The older we get, the harder it`s to lose weight. When I was 18 years old, I bought my first membership to a fitness club. I liked the workouts so much that once I was going to fitness non-stop for a month. But then I opted for a moderate workout. If I want to eat something forbidden - I eat, but I try to do it in the morning in order to use up calories during the day and not to store them as extra fat. I don't forget to take sarms for muscle support. It`s a great helper in the fight against cellulite and promotes weight loss.

What are these old dudes like Rogan and Dana white taking to be so fit in their 50s?

Is testosterone boosters safe to look into using?
They dont make a significant difference

Generally, not always but generally, if it's legal the impact isn't significant.

You could try to get on trt, I wouldn't recommend full blown juicing.

Hgh does some cool stuff but is expensive AF and also enlarges your organs etc

So, trt is that steroids? Can I order some off Amazon? I've looked into it slightly. I want to workout all frigging day long

Testosterone replacement therapy. Essentially you're injecting a low dose of testosterone that would be slightly, slightly higher than what you naturally produce. Your test is going to drop as you get older and you'll see a bunch of negative consequences from that.

You'll feel slightly better and smoother and it's worth about ten lbs of muscle over time and a couple handful pounds of fat

Very cheap, there are sources online but if you can go through a doctor (quality, legality) and get it free througu insurance or whatever that's the best

Right now I'm drinking amino acids two scoops every hour, so about 6 a day to be able to workout for 3 hrs. One hour of lifting and two hours of cardio. One hour of basketball and another hour of boxing training. I'm wondering if that's too much acids and messing up my heart.
