Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Good work. I'm trying to get like you. I'm 215 and run 4x a week but can't lose weight. Have to really get my diet in check. It's been tough this week because I had to give up pre-workout because it was apparently too much for my heart.

Rogan openly admits he’s on Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

I don't know a whole lot about steroids but I would guess a large % of people who ever took steroids take TRT, and anyone rich, old and in decent shape is probably on something, possibly TRT. Like, Jeff Bezos is definitely on something.

It's all gonna come down to calories in calories out. You can run off 4000 a day but if you eat 8000 you're going to gain weight. Don't know what you're eating.

You do way too much and are going to hurt your body and burn out, it's not sustainable. I'm losing 2 lbs a week by just eating under maintenance.

The only other possibility is that youre putting on muscle while losing fat which is possible if you're just staying out. The scale can only tell so much

Don't know how many are on it but I highly recommend. It's like 100 bucks a year and the health benefits are significant, it'll change how you feel and how you look immensely

You recommend trt? For a 34 year old active male too? Where could I get some?

Oh ya you're already producing less testosterone than you were five years ago, gonna drop significantly. Check out a chart on Google.

You really wanna do your research before jumping in. If you do that and give me a plan and have a Convo I'll give you a source, but I don't feel comfortable just freely giving stuff out casually anymore, stuff isn't to be taken lightly

Will do my research and get back to you. Thank you.

I think I might try this. I got mine checked earlier this year, I'm 34 and sometimes fatigue is a killer. This was back when I was lifting consistently but also cutting, I think it was 392, definitely on the lower side but far from it being a real concern. Plus I switched to a doc who I think is more liberal for lack of a better term.

Is there any long term risk though, if you try it for a few months and then stop, will your T levels tank? This a "you're on it for life" thing like minoxidil?

Your body is going to be low on test as it completely shuts down production while on synthetic but under a doctor's care, it will be brief

If it is your general practitioner, they seem less informed about TRT and willing to prescribe it.

My recommendation is to find an urologist or endocrinologist and they will perform a deeper dive into your labs. Importantly — they request more of a comprehensive hormonal panel — total T, Free T, LSH, PSA, SHGB; etc. There is way more to your overall hormonal profile, than just your Total T.

There’s this 19 year old girl named Samantha eugenie who weighs like 130 deadlifting 500 lbs. F it pass me the roids

@David. Just ordered some PA7. Should this help me get stronger?
My general rule of thumb is if it's legal it's not that good.

Looks expensive too.

Only things I would buy ever would be steroids ephedra maybe creatine (but I wouldn't because it fucks with your hair) and protein
