You can’t convince me this tournament win and the rings won’t make each and every one of these guys bust their asses even more the rest of the summer.

JJ Redick pretty much said it about Travers. Average person is just going to look at his 6 points but he does so many things out there that doesn’t show on the box score. He’s the perfect guy who doesn’t need to do much but he’s done so many things out there whether he has the ball or not. That 2 man game with Brobley was a beauty. 2 blocked shots again after blocking 4 shots yesterday. His defense is top notch both man and help defense. He finds the right reads and gets the ball moving. He also makes the right cuts. He’s made some 3s and with Travers developing his 3, he’s going to be huge for this organization.

They have great spacing. When Merrill didn't play they had a much harder time that game.

It really says something about Gerrity that he got all those guys to buy in and play the right way, ensured they got the plays down, etc.. Hell of a coaching job because this truly did not look like a summer league squad.

Nothing wrong with doubting the guy based on his play before summer league. The problem would be if you watched Summer League and it didn't change your opinion.
