23-24 Trade Deadline: What Can Koby Cook Up? (Kitchen Is Closed)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I would actually really like him off our bench.
Who’s role, rotation spot and minutes is he taking and is their a corresponding chemistry issue when that occurs?

Can we offer the same type of role and minutes other contenders might?

Those are questions that would have to be given careful consideration

Oladipo being waived. Lost track of this guy. Really just never played much the last like decade.

Killian Hayes oof. That was pretty fast they got tired of him. I would have 100% taken Haliburton if I was them.

Rashard Lewis? Holy shit, someone holds a grudge for a very long time. :chuckle:

Under Stern, TT wouldn't have needed to serve his suspension until next year

This is the first deadline in a very long time that I didn't update Twitter constantly to see what the Cavs would do. I just knew with this current run they are on that Koby wouldn't want to do anything to mess with it.

If we didn’t already have 2 small guards I’d say he’s worth a shot. But we need size.

Or he could just not cover for them all the time.

Cavs were keeping their ears open, were on the phones, but like quite a few other teams, they found the selling price too high this year.

It DOES help, however, to have a deeper bench than anticipated.

JBB's 10-Man Rotation also leaves out a pretty talented PG, so that says something of the depth the Cavs find themselves enjoying.

I would feel good about the team too as is, if JBB can be kept from his own worst tendencies.

So basically Koby sat on his hands again?

Well, everyone said they worked the phones and clearly didnt' find anything that seems to move the needle at a reasonable cost. What move exactly did you expect him to make?

Do we have any idea if Jerome will play at all this year?
