I was just talking to a friend and we both came to the same conclusion:

Imagine the amount of money that could be generated if both these games went to 7 and then we get a Cavs/Lakers final.

LEBRON vs KOBE in an epic match-up. This years MVP vs last years MVP to prove who truly deserves the title.

I know it sounds like a conspiracy, but hey, George Bush was president for two full terms.
 
It's hilarious that fans from all four teams (Cavs, Magic, Lakers & Denver) think the referees are "rigging" it for the other team.
 
If the NBA was rigged Cavs/Spurs would have went to 7 games.
 
The refereeing in both the western conference finals and eastern conference finals have been horrid. They're taking all the entertainment out of watching a basketball game. They should know viewers don't come in to watch a free throw shoot out they want to see guys duel it out. It's quite annoying and the games are becoming unbearable to watch. Every little bump is a foul and it's ridiculous.

What happened to us yesterday with the Magic getting too many free throws just happened to the Lakers. This is bullsh-t. I want to watch the game not players shoot free throws.
 
If this league was rigged, Lebron would never have come to Cleveland.

Wel Nuggets fans are uneducated and delusional, and support a team full of thugs and punks. They don't count.

And we all think that because for the most part it's true. All these teams are so evenly matched (for the most part) that that's what it takes to make sure the series go at least 6 games. the games have to be controlled.
 
These are the Western and Eastern conference finals. Let the ****in men play!! Every little touch foul does not need to be called. This shit is getting irritating. I'm tired of it. Let them be physical. These are the f'n playoffs. The refs need to stop being pussies. Grown men are out there, they can handle little bumps and touches. I have never beeen so disgusted with the officiating. It's hard to watch the games because they're just a free throw shooting contest. We want to see basketball, not freethrows.

End of rant.
 
All right........ I've cooled down a little... I don't think the league is rigged but i do know this much..

If a team shoots 51 or 49 free throws in a 48 minute game.... It's almost impossible to win
 
Cavs get ridiculed by the media for losing by 10 to Orlando.



L.A. gets smashed by 19....

No, that's exactly why the league is rigged. Hometown boy wins championships for a title-starved cursed sports city. Yeah, you couldn't write a better story/Disney movie than that.
