Im not gonna sit here and say for sure the Lakers are gonna resign Lamar and Ariza as obviously nobody knows for sure, but I would say there is a good chance. At one point one of the part owners of the Lakers who is part of a large company this was like a year and a half ago he said they would pay anything to keep the team together. That was before Ariza jumped into the equation, but I mean the Lakers definitely have a lot of financial backing so we will see. Lakers traded Vlad so that they don't have to pay him that last year of his contract I definitely think that was a Ariza resigning move knowing that that is their SF of the future and Vlad wasn't getting minutes anymore. So after next season about 11 mil comes off the cap. Definitely not to worried of the Lakers financially as I would be other teams in other markets.
