Seattle of the East is having a young secondary that's all on their rookie contracts, bursting onto the scene and killing bitches.

We'd be investing roughly 10% of our Cap in two safeties, in an off season where a lot of money is going to our own players. Not a good idea.

Seattle will have this problem soon enough.

No way the Browns sign Byrd to big money deals with Ward presumably under the tag and Haden nearing free agency.

Not sure there is a legitimate argument for why an interchangeable position like free safety is worth that kind of money anyway, but that's just me.

I'd put Tate ahead of Byrd tho as far as priority.

Ward plays a more premium position, would be cheaper.

Byrd is probably the better all-around player.
