2016-2017 Around The NBA

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Nice of Brooklyn to turn on the Jets and actually look like a competitive basketball team right when they already clinched the worst record in the league anyway

I mean WTF they had no incentive to tank. Where the hell was this all season?

Jeremy Lin being injured most of the season actually hurt them a lot...

It's gonna be awesome when Boston still ends up with the fourth pick.

can't fucking stand lillard and the blazers. wish they fucked off and died after nurkic got hurt

Cavs have tiebreaker over Boston. No need to worry about them really anymore.

We still have to win 2, and we lost the easiest one.

Now we have to win on the road against teams that care.

So odd.

Denver wasn't going to challenge Golden State either, if that's what has you upset.

Quinn Cook had a nice game against the Warriors last night; however, the following Rotoworld analysis dictates that he may not be a true PG:
Quinn Cook scored a career-high 22 points against the Warriors on Saturday, adding one rebound, three assists and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes.

That's a quick return on signing a two-year contract today. Cook doesn't really have the skills to be a point guard, so he'll have to figure out how to score with his smaller stature on the win. Seth Curry, a fellow Duke guard, had a similar problem and he figured it out nicely, so maybe Cook can follow in his footsteps. The Pelicans should give him some minutes the rest of the way, but he's only a streamer in deep leagues right now.

I just watched a player bring the Rick Barry back!!!

2-2 made it look easy

I'm telling you guys. Golden Taint wants no part of Utah in the playoffs

Which leads me to believe that the Clippers will beat the Jazz in round 1 because we all know the Clippers don't even have a 0.1% chance against the Warriors and the Clippers only exist to make the Warriors path to the finals easier

But man if the Clippers don't fuck this up. Utah can frustrate the nerds badly. I don't think they can necessarily win, but I also didn't think the Thunder could beat the Spurs last year
