You might hate seeing the team scrape and find bargains but I don't- these kinds of finds are necessary to build a contender in a budget.

Great Off Season so far... I feel like people forgot about those two pitchers we picked up and I forgot the names... Anyways the one from STL Is kinda a gem in the rough type. One more Arm for depth in the BP or even starting pitching and this has been a A+ on paper. This is baseball though and like a poster here said sometimes these small moves after a big one make all the difference.

The kid from the Cardinals actually will start the season on the DL so I am not sure when/if he will contribute. Escobar we released him so he could play overseas. We acquired RH Goody from the Yankees, to compete for the RH bullpen spot which right now belongs to Adams since he is out of options. Milner we got in the Rule 5 draft and is penciled in as the last guy in the pen as the lefty. That being said it's still January so who knows how things will end up.

I'll be honest, I dont know much about him at all, but he's a former 1st round pick (2012) and only 25. Worth a look I guess.

Getting him for nothing is an excellent addition, at the expense of Jesus Aguilar makes it a total win.
Not sure if Shaffer has options left, he's only had two seasons of time in the big leagues.
The Indians will be his 5th team since November.

Has some decent pop. RH bat. Has played 3B, 1B, LF, and RF in the minors, so he's flexible defensively. Other than that, I have to read up on him to get more info on him, but good depth/minors depth.
He has 2 options left it looks like. Have to look into it a bit more.
