2016 Cleveland Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Time for Crockett to shine as our lefty.

Time for him to find the 3-4 mph he has lost on his fastball since being drafted.

Meh...sat at 89 his rookie year when he was fantastic, 89 last year when he struggled, and sat at 88 in his 1 AB so far this year...3-4 mph is a bit of a stretch...guys never going to win with velocity anyways, so I don't really care...as long as his slider is on...

By the way, series thread #9 is open to anyone since Lord Mar is still away.

Swore he sat 91-92 in college. And his first run here struck me as smoke and mirrors. I'm just not high on him, I don't see a great outpitch. Kind of like Kaminsky, who had a plus breaking ball before being drafted but simply had not shown one since turning pro.

Carrasco reportedly is out on the warning track doing some running today.

Great sign at that point in the recovery process, hopefully there isn't much soreness.

Well, I can't kick people off the series thread team if they aren't on it in the first place...

Sucks if Roberto is out long, but bringing back Chris Gimenez? Dude is a grinder, if he was 22 years old and had played college football, Hugh Jackson would have taken him in the 3rd round. Just cool to see a guy work as hard and stuck at it as long as he has.

I'll be quite happy if we get even close to the production he had in Texas last year in ~40 games in the absence of Roberto if he's gone for a few months...much better than what Adam Moore could give us.

A month into the season...

Francisco Lindor: 1.1 WAR, .818 OPS, 133 wRC+, 0 DRS, 1.2 UZR
Carlos Correa: 0.4 WAR, .798 OPS, 130 wRC+, -6 DRS, -4.6 UZR
