2017-2018 Around the NBA

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That would make Boston pretty damn good.

Cavs need a conference foe to push them. Let's get geared up.

Of course it would as the word or America hates Ohio for some fucking reason. Maybe it is the pussies who stand with the "Indians mascott is Bull-BLAH BLAH BLAH" Fuck all of them I tired of this. They want Boston and and LA to be great again but the Warriors are "SO CUTE" the hot headed retarded NBA higher up they would rather run Bron and Cleveland out of town.

This screams the NBA is trying to stay alive and it is having such a hard time doing so. Baseball is more popular in America. This is all fixed garbage at this point I will not be shocked if the Celtics meets the Warriors in the finals in two years, Book it.

Celtics getting Butler and Hayward/ George would be huge.

But the bigger thing for me is the Sixers getting Fultz. Fultz-Simmons-Embiid-Saric is a hell of a core moving forward. If they can stay healthy, five years from now, Sixers will be kings of the East.
I still have yet to see one credible shred of information linking Hayward to Boston. So far the only thing I've encountered is blind fan speculation based on "ZOMG HAYWARD IS A FREE AGENT BOSTONNN". Why leave one promising core (4th seed in the West after an extended hiatus from the postseason) for another?

Fuck the 6ers. What they did was so bad for the league. I'm ok with tanking a few years, but they tanked for like 7 years in a row and whenever players started to actually make a contribution on the floor they went down with "injuries"

I think Simmons could have played last year, I thinks embiid could have played significantly more, and I think it's horse shit what the 6ers do. Hope they never sniff a conference title

awful for philly if true. the difference between the top 3 prospects is negliable.
BC strikes again.

Its a good trade for Philly imo. They don't really need Josh Jackson. But getting another ball-handler/elite-guard who can also play off the ball would really add to their core big time.

But, I don't understand the thought-process of Boston behind this. Why do they need Josh Jackson when they already have someone like Jaylen Brown. There are some rumours about them looking to flip those picks for Jimmy Butler. Now, that would make sense for Boston but why would Bulls do that? It would be idiotic!

Why would it be awful for the Bulls to get a treasure trove of picks for Butler? They need to push the reset button.

The 76ers have been "tanking" for four years. They haven't been bad nearly as long as the Kings or Wolves, and, let's be honest, had LeBron not come back, the Cavs would be sitting towards the bottom of the league as well for the better part of a decade.

Furthermore, you can't tell me they've purposely taken players off the floor once they've started to contribute. Embiid came in with a bad back and foot. Then he hurt his knee. Simmons broke his foot, and broken feet for big men is nothing to mess with. Other than that, they whiffed on the Okafor pick, and they moved MCW at the pinnacle of his value (which, in hindsight, was a brilliant move).

With all due respect, Moz, because I enjoy you as a poster, your "thinking" they could have played doesn't mean jack shit. Again, Embiid tore his meniscus and Simmons had a broken foot. It's not like they were taking them out because they had a hangnail or something stupid like that. These were serious injuries they had.

It's a mistake to think of the 76ers as any different than most other tanking teams. They were just more open about it.

Yea, unless the Bulls think/know they can re-sign Butler in a couple of years.
