I really wish the nba didn't have that retarded rule that you have to wait until December 15th to trade players you just signed. I would love to get George hill and WCS from Sacramento.

Holy cap loophole, Batman! Teams with space could sign and trade guys all over the place. It's a good rule.

The rookie deal moratorium is silly, since no other team can negotiate. But maybe I'm missing something.

Best deal out there (if it's even out there) is probably to the Suns for Bledsoe, Jackson and a future pick. I'd also try to force Shumpert on them and get maybe Dudley back.

I think you are looking at a legit blow up on the horizon now.

Luckily the Cavs track record of identifying great talent in the draft is second to none! (Is 9:48 too early to start drinking?)

If we trade Kyrie in a deal and the best player we get back is Wilson Chandler I'm not watching another Cavs game

This is an amazingly underwhelming trade and if we did some shit like this the whole league.....no ALL of SPORTS would destroy us for years.

If we did this trade LeBron wouldn't even wait a year to get out.....he'd demand out immediately

Idk why ppl want us to hand Kyrie to a team for nothing so bad. The type of player you get back in a Kyrie deal needs to be an all star. Not some role player who averages 15 ppg

A pylon is a better return then Melo

Sorry, I just thought folks might enjoy watching the Wall mixtape (as it's still amazing to me almost 10 yrs later), and I wanted folks to understand how physically dominant he's been since he was 15.

Didn't mean to annoy or offend.

In terms of the utilitarian response, I guess I'll go short-form --

Fox is fast

Wall was physically dominant, fast, and had great court vision.

Sorry.
yeah because in your mind a 6'4 point guard at 170-180 pounds is frail.

Fox projects to be a two way player with explosive speed in transition and from the elbow.

I don't think Fox will have nearly the issues Wall did in his first three season.

Especially if he is surrounded by guys like JR smith and Kevin Love.

Also I'm not sure where you get the implication for a lack of Court vision.

Multiple respected NBA talent evaluators have stated Fox's court vision may be elite at the NBA level.

the guy doesn't need a ball screen to get to the basket. that's huge.

the big question would be if Lue would commit 20 minutes a game to let the guy develop.

I believe Phoenix still has their own pick .. if so Bledsoe, Jackson, and their pick unprotected is probably a no brainer as it is a guaranteed lottery pick and maybe top 5 again ...if not I'm not sure what Miami's pick would get is as it may be in the 20's

No one is giving an unprotected pick in todays NBA best you could get is top 5 protected

Well if Cavs say no Kyrie then Phoenix will have to decide...ultimately the pick probably gets traded anyways but Phoenix wouldn't exactly hold the cards in that deal

I'd take Bledsoe+Jackson+protected pick if Whiteside isn't available. Don't want Wiggins.

There are a lot of teams where IRving can be the focal point of the attack - Is there any theory on why he only chose those 4 ? Only the Wolves makes sense to me cos of the rumors of him being close to Butler.

Wolves - Jimmy Butler
Knicks - From New Jersey might want to be close to home
Heat - His Agent is tight with Pat Riley and the Heats Owner
Spurs - Probs likes Popovich and believe it or not he would be the focal point on offense in SA which would allow Kawhi to focus more on his already great defensive game well still putting up 20 points a night

If what NVM just posted was his 4. I don't think he goes to any of those teams if he is traded

Then we would be left looking for another deal, PHX wouldn't budge on this Kyrie doesn't make them a contender and they aren't suffering to sell tickets with Booker on the team. So they kind of hold the cards in regards to what they do with their pick.

I wonder if Rose has met with the Cavaliers? I would like to see him on our team for the minimum. He can show flashes of greatness and may be a different beast in the playoffs if he can remain healthy. I would not mind a trade with NYK-PHX for Melo+Bledsoe. We need to keep K-Love though. Without a ball dominant PG like Irving, Love may even become greater. Don't let Rose play as many minutes and give our guards a healthy rotation. Rose-Bledsoe-Anthony-James-Love may beat GSW.
