Shoulder is fine. Aggravated an elbow taking reps in the outfield apparently. Nothing serious. So I'm guessing he's on the 15 day to open the season.

If a player is on the DL though they can get medically cleared to play in the minors for a certain amount of time. So they will put him on the DL, then he will get minor league at bats before they bring him up. So the Orioles are going to keep him likely on the DL as long as possible with a minor league rehab, before they have to bring him to the big league club.

Also all of us are going to have to get used to the 10 day DL rather than the 15 day DL lol it will be awhile to fix is saying it lol

Columbus and Akron lineups are absurd, and both should get better after some DL stints are over for guys...Diaz and Almonte to Columbus when Kip and Lonnie come off the DL, and Mathias to Akron once his shoulder gets better.

Top 3 of Esparza, McKenzie, and Pannone in Lynchburg is ridiculous. 3 of them combined to go for a 2.66 ERA in 355.2 IP last year, with a K/9 of 9.3, and a K:BB ratio of 3.7.

And Lake County's rotation is Aiken, Hillman, Miniard, Civale, and Bieber. A 20 year old 1st round pick, 20 year old 2nd round pick, 21 year old 6'7 8th round pick, and 2 freshly drafted players who combined for a 1.16 ERA in their first taste of pro ball last year.

I would be very surprised if AAA and AA aren't in the minor league playoffs. Though my question is how many guys can be on a team in the minors, since AAA has 29 listed?

First HR on the farm belongs to...Todd Isaacs...big year for him coming up.

@BimboColesHair I know this is a bit early, is there any prospects you are willing to part with for your relief pitcher that you wish to acquire?

Lake County was suspended yesterday, picked back up today...and Isaacs hit his 2nd HR of the game...3 run shot.

In a system that lacks RH OF bats, him breaking out in a full season after what he did in MV last season would be a welcome sight.
