adequate is being kind
adequate is being kind
Adequate is lying.
Just Soler seems like bad value for the Royals given what other elite relievers have been getting dealt for/signing for.
I'm definitely interested in seeing how he does as an everyday player. I was a fan earlier in his career, I've just soured on him since.Lot of talk that Davis is wearing out, health wise. His numbers to end the season last year, both before and after he came off the DL, sure won't make Cubs fans feel any better about that.
Getting a young RH OF power bat with some potential left and 4 years for team control for 1 year of a relief pitcher who might be dealing with injuries all next year isn't that bad.
Soler is going to get everyday PT from them, which he never got in Chicago. Curious to see how he does.
EE when he realizes the Indians are the only suitor left

Not surprising...rather have Eaton for 5 years than McCutchen for 2.

Think he is overrated a bit, but I would not like Giolito going back to Chicago...
Holy shit.
Giolito, Reynaldo Lopez and Dane Dunning?
Goddamn, Eaton is good....but....goddamn.
