So are we going to see Mejia anytime soon? 4 hits last night, which I believe marks his 17th multihit game this month

With Gomes actually being a plus with his bat so far this year while maintaining his plus plus defense, it’s tough to see regular playing time for Mejia right now barring a trade.

Maybe they’d be willing to cut Gomes back to playing only every other day, and having Mejia spell Alonso/EE at DH as well. That would get him in the lineup 4-5 times/week, but it’s difficult for me to imagine them messing with our SP by cutting the PT of guys with whom they have a great relationship.

Laughable how cut above both teams have been compared to the rest of the league, offensively. Both of their teams OPS is 40 points higher than the next closest team.

Can't be said enough about the potential sitting in the bottom of the farm right now.

Apparently Morimando got released (needed to make a spot for Zep on 40-man) and Plutko back to AAA. Can't say I'm surprised at either of them. At this point in the season he seems like replacement-level insurance against starters getting hurt.

Ah okay. It'd be cool to have an Indians mod(s) like we did/do for Browns & politics. Hopefully this section gets more activity now that the Tribe are by far & away the best team in town.
