Obviously the price is just too steep for the Tribe. Can't blame em.. Unless the deal leaks soon and we realize it wasn't that much.

I hope he goes to the NL. That way there's little chance that he will be on one of our competitors in the playoffs. Although it could always bite us in the WS. Although it would be something if the Yankees traded some good prospects and then lost the WC game, but I don't hate the Yankees (lots of fans around here, so I root with them against the Red Sox).
