2019 53-man roster news

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
No, Gillan is not as good of a punter as Colquitt right now. But he has the potential to be as good if not better very soon.

He has a stronger leg, and while he doesn't put balls in the corner pocket like Colquitt, he has demonstrated ability to pin within 20 yards (preseason vs. Bucs). His trajectory seems pretty high.

Add on the main fact that Colquitt is older, making 2.8 million, and will be a FA after next year. Market could be 3+ million for him at that time which could easily be money used to retain a Randall or Schobert right now - or Njoku/Chubb in the future. It only makes a lot of sense to keep Gillan over Colquitt.

The Cleveland Browns have made the following transactions. The Browns active roster is currently at 53 players.

He has 53 career receptions for 697 yards with two touchdowns. Last year, he registered 37 receptions for 466 yards and one touchdown in 13 contests. He is a native of Louisville, Ky.

G Justin McCray

Packers receive:

Campen must like McCray. Only reason.

Nothing else surprising. Devalve had talent and I wish we could have seen him as a hybrid FB/TE but I guess that won’t happen.

Interesting they traded for 2 guards in Teller and now McCray. Not sure if I’m looking too much into it or not

Taylor was a decent WR prospect. He didn't show much with the Titans, but neither did anyone else.

Titans fans saying Taylor has brick hands soaked in butter.

Could be another Perriman project?

I think we're seeing a pattern here. Strong? Gone. Willies? Gone. Yet Ratley is staying and be brought on Taylor. Freddie wants as much speed as possible, and he'd rather have a guy with unreliable hands with speed than one without.
