2019 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
How far do you guy see Joey dropping now that he won't be playing another college game? Any chance he drops to the 5-10 range where the Browns will most likely be?

Pray to whomever it is you pray to.

But short of missing the off-season training and workouts, where he wouldn't be able to show recovery, I don't see how he isn't a Top 5 pick on film alone.

Fucking love him.

Plaxico Burriss 2.0

Thanks when watching him he really popped to me. Especially against Oklahoma.

Any idea on speed? How well he runs routes?

Is he going to be a first round pick?

Definitely don't anticipate him blowing away anyone on pure speed. But he has the contact balance and basketball agility that make him really tough to defend. Don't really need him to be fast, I want him catching back shoulder passes and being a larger target they can utilize against zone coverage where they can throw it up.

Really think he could be tough to defend simply because of his size and catch radius. More polished than Burriss was coming out of Michigan State.

I think he has superstar potential, honestly. Wouldn't be shocked at all to see him creep into round one.

The upside of these close losses is that the Browns can draft an immediate impact starter in the first round next spring. DeAndre Baker, who probably would have been a first rounder last year, would pair very well with Denzel Ward. The talent along the defensive line is impressive in this draft, but it the Browns come away with two a second shutdown corner they can dip right back in later for defensive line support.

Nah.

If we can get back Mitchell we don’t need to do that.

We need to replace Ogbah or add interior defensive line help...

Or we need to draft a top flight WR like Metcalf.

First of all, while Mitchell was great this year, they need a long term running mate for Ward.

Second, Ogbah has been fine since he is starting to get healthy. His last game was awesome. We need rotation guys.

Third, you are dead on with IDL and WR. But corner needs to be thrown in there as well. And OT.

We need to zero in on a tackle in 1st round then move to CB in 2nd round. I love the DL in draft but with that deep of draft we could steal one in 3rd or the FA market should be good with such a big draft of them. WR in draft is tough just go the FA route and get Golden Tate--would that be nice.
