2019 Mock Drafts

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You guys try dealing in absolutes and making your own big boards instead of trusting the guy who got us to this point. :chuckle:

If Brown is the guy Dorsey wants I’m pretty confident the dude will be a stud for us.
That's now dealing with absolutes

You’re right. You would be so much better suited to be making decisions in Berea!
That's shifting the goalposts.

No thanks on Hollywood. We have enough undersized WR's as it is.

Typically it takes WR's 2-3 years in the league to simply get acclimated to the game. We need guys who address needs today and will impact winning tomorrow.

We aren’t literally in no hurry to compete at all.

We have one of the youngest rosters in the entire league..

Putting blind faith in a personnel executive after a year of success, I don't see how it can fail.

Guy will probably never make a bad pick again.

#absolutes

Point is draft is a fucking crap shoot.

Saying X, Y, and Z would be “disappointing” to land at a certain pick before they play a snap in the league is asinine. Especially for the average Joe on an Internet forum.

Honestly we have no choice but to put blind faith in any gm they hire, only Haslam can do anything about it, not a single fan, but I get your point, but our only option is bitch allot on a message board if we don't like it. And yes, both you and I do chose to use this option allot...among many others.

Dude, we are fucking fans discussing prospects. Are we not allowed to have opinions?

Like, what is your point here?

The overwhelmingly popular opinion is that there are better players than Brown, and at a position of more need that will be on the board at 17...particularly the guys mentioned in the post I replied to.

Taking what most believe is a worse player at a less needed position would be a disappointment. I don't know why this is confusing for you.

Anddd we already have a bunch of young pups in the WR room who we are hoping reach their potential. Why add one to the mix who is essentially redundant to what we currently have? Now, if Hakeem Butler is still there in the second round, I don't have an issue there because he provides us with size but I'd rather draft a guy in the first round who is likely to be a day one starter then a WR who might be in the mix to see significant playing time his first year.

Post Combine:

Sign

Golden Tate - WR
Maxx Williams - TE
Za'Darius Smith - DE
Rodney Gunter - LB
Gerald Hodges - LB

Cut
Jaime Collins
Breshad Perriman (not re-signed)
Seth DeValve

Mock Draft (per the Draft Network Predictive Draft Board)

1 - Devin White - LB - LSU
2 - Justin Layne - CB - Michigan State
3 - Khalen Saunders - DT - Western Illinois
3 - Stanley Morgan Jr. - WR - Nebraska
4 - Bobby Evans - OT - Oklahoma
5 - Foster Moreau - TE - LSU
5 - David Sills - WR - West Virginia
5 - Brett Rypien - QB - Boise St.
6 - Jalen Jelks - DE - Oregon
7 - Corey Ballentine - CB - Washburn

Curious about you having us taking Devin White, when a few days ago you said "bye bye Devin White". Has anything changed to make you think he'd be there, or is this like a dream mock?
