Wouldn’t mind Marcus Peters. He might be gettable after a down year. He’s come on as of late tho. Just have to use him zone.
So...
Who should the Browns go after?

If we can get tyrod for cheap I’d love to have him back. Quality backup qbs are so rare. We’re going to contend next year we need someone who can come in during an emergency situation if baker is out for a few plays or even games. Can’t rely on the likes of drew stanton.
Personally, I'd have more faith in Drew than Tyrod. Drew has shown the ability to step in as a backup and hold it down. Granted it was under Hue, but what I saw from Tyrod does not put me in a position of faith.
Interestingly enough Baker called out Drew in the Denver post-game. Only time he mentions Tyrod is professional courtesy.
Change of pace qbs like tyrod are the ones who give unsuspecting defenses issues. When they aren’t prepared to face a running qb it’s a very dangerous thing. We see it all the time with these scrub runners who come in and run all over teams. And tyrod is a better thrower than most of them. He had a bad year but hue and Haley didn’t do tyrod any favors. Drew is great at being a mentor but that’s not what we need on the field of baker does down.
Maybe not a top tier FA, but I think Quincy Enunwa would look damn good here.
I think Ansah, Grady Jarrett, Malcom Brown and Trent Brown would all fit here pretty good too.
Not a ton. Might have to get aggressive with trades again.
