The CLE affiliates had their first losing week in over a month going 11-14 on the week with a run diff of +10 on the week. Considering all the full season affiliates were on the road during the week & suffered a handful of walk-off defeats, that record is not all that bad.
Now onto the week 11 games where only Akron is still on the road....

AAA: Columbus (35-25) hosts St. Paul (30-29, Minnesota affiliate)
AA: Akron (32-25) visits Hartford (38-19, Colorado affiliate)
High A: Lake County (30-26) hosts Beloit (25-31, Miami affiliate)
Low A: Lynchburg (30-27) hosts Down East (27-30, Texas affiliate)

I was coming over here to express my disappointment that Bryan Lavastida was NOT catching the Aaron Civale rehab start tonight...

Then C Mike Rivera drove in a run to tie the Clipper game in the bottom of the 2nd.
The run given up by Aaron Civale in the 1st was unearned (error by Tyler Freeman, throw).
---------------------------------------
In other action Joey Cantillo gave up 2 unearned runs in the 1st inning (Raynel Delgado error)
Akron leads 6-2 going into the 3rd.

Aaron Davenport is struggling in Lake County & has given up a grand slam in the 3rd inning..
Lake County trails 4-1 in the bottom of the 3rd.

Lynchburg is tied at 1 in the bottom of the 5th. Josh Wolf pitched 4 innings, 1 run/ earned, 3 hits allowed with 2 walks and 2 strikeouts.

Looking at the Cantillo highlights Guardians Prospective Twitter posted of his strikeouts..... there is a lot of movement on his pitches. Nasty stuff. They were calling it a curve but it almost looked like a screwball or something. Anyone catch that? Really the two pitches beginning at the 25 second mark. What is that?

He'll be 23 years old and likely in the bigs next year. Not bad for the last piece from the Clevinger trade. NASTY
