This is the start of the 2023 fantasy football season.

I'll start it off with a keeper type question:

How many more seasons do you think Kelce has left as such a dominant TE in the league? I have Mark Andrews and was thinking about flipping him for a couple years at top production, but I don't know when that cliff is going to show up, and Kelce just falls off. Mahomes isn't going anywhere, so that's going to extend his shelf life on its own.

Time will answer this one - Ravens are a 50/50 shot to trade Lamar Jackson. They don't plan to sign him long-term and selected an OC without consulting him. Andrews will take a hit in value when Jackson isn't under center.

Fucking Tank Dell playing himself up the board is going to fucking suck.

My friends and I started a league with 6 keepers (worried about some bailing on dynasty if there’s a big L), and a massive bench- was fully expecting to get Dell really late, where it would be an extremely valuable keeper next year.

That's my boy.

I truly think Dell is up there with Zay Flowers... but boy does his size and injury risk scare me.

Same, but he’s sort of sneaky with his RAC, similar to Lockett, where I don’t think he’s going to get hit all that much?

It’s 21 rounds (8 teams), and I was fully expecting him to be a guy I could get in 18+.

12 team, Superflex dynasty, .5ppr
Start 10 (QB, RB, TE, Flex x5, Superflex)

Would you trade Sam Howell for a startable RB?

I don’t need to move Howell (Allen, Fields and Kyler too) so I could wait to see if he pops and really milk his value.

Howell's gonna be a stud throwing to Scary Terry and Dotson. No reason to sell low.

Just completed my first draft of the year. 12 team PPR from the 7 spot.

QB Geno Smith
RB Rhamondre Stevenson
RB Breece Hall
WR Cooper Kupp
WR AJ Brown
TE TJ Hockenson
Flex Jerry Jeudy
Flex Drake London
D Philly Eagles

B Sam Howell
B D'Andre Swift
B Jerrick McKinnon
B Jaylen Warren
B Devon Achane
B Romeo Doubs
B Chigi Okonkwo

RB will be an effort for some of the season until Hall is all the way back. Hopefully one of those guys emerges in their respective backfields.

Had the choice between Kupp and Kelce at 7. It was a tough choice. I was expecting to go with Jonathan Taylor in round 2, but then AJB fell to me.

Who should I handcuff Chubb with, other than my mom?

Betting on myself to fail is kinda my thing.

Well, at any rate, the logic behind it is that you’d basically be wasting a roster spot on a guy who is only ever going to become relevant if your first round pick gets hurt, and even then Ford will likely be more of a flex play than an RB1.

Instead you can take a backup from another team and, if that starter gets hurt, suddenly you’ve got another starter.

Anyone feel like there’s a round 6-8 dead zone this year? I pick at the end of the round (8/8). Feeling like I’ll need to make big reaches to pick guys who I don’t objectively hate.

I got the 12 pick in this league and it sucks. Basically just throwing money away.
