This is the music Gen Xers grew up on. No wonder we're so fucked up.

The part of all this that sucks the worst.....if only we could have pulled out this series. We could compete and Beat the Heat with Herro. And Boston is looking vulnerable too and we would have met them in the ECF. Just sucks from that perspective. Even if the Cavs rattle one off tonight, I don't have these Cavs winning 3 in a row.

Wade was clearly not ready to play in this series. He was a -14 in 7 minutes. He air-balled his only shot - a wide open 3-pointer. Since Game 1 he has only played 4 minutes - garbage time at the end of Game 3 when the Cavs were down by 20 points.

I'm not blaming Wade. I'm blaming Bickerstaff. After 82 games he should have realized Wade and Rubio are not up to this. Both had significant injuries and missed a lot of time this season. After 82 games a coach should know who he can count on in the playoffs and who he can't. Bickerstaff wasn't sure, so he put in Wade and Rubio with disastrous results. It was a tactical mistake that probably cost the Cavs a win in Game 1 and that may have cost the Cavs the series.
How about the 9-2 run in the first 2:30 of the game? Or the stretch in the 3rd quarter where it went from a tie game at right around the 6:00 mark to an 11 point deficit at the 2:00 mark? Were those two stretches just not as likely of a contributor to the 4 point loss? Or was it still just the decision to play Dean? Granted, that was not a good stretch of basketball when Dean, and Rubio, were on the floor. But there were 3 other guy on the floor that had a hand in that run by the Knicks. Dean and Rubio had nothing to do with the other two scenarios, that were likely just as key over a 48 minute game.

I’m sure you re-watched. Did you remember the passes to Rubio and LeVert where they missed the layups?
“The passes” cmon Coach you’re grasping at straws.

LeVert blew a fast break layup that involved a single pass a junior high player could make.

Rubio drove the lane and missed a layup.

Neither of those plays involved anything special out of your boy. Please post a gif and explain where I’m wrong.

Mitchell heating up and the team moving the ball on offense…now if we could just play some D
