2023 NFL Draft - Day 3 - Rounds 4 through 7

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm pretty sure I saw some in here speculating DE McGuire from Missouri before. DE is a nice add based on needs

DRAFT. EDGE. ATHLETES

The thing with McGuire is he tested really well and was productive the last two years (27 TFL and 13.5 sacks)... Browns needed a larger end who could help set the edge, and that is McGuire..

PFF (95) and Brugler (94) are pretty aligned on McGuire which is still a good value for Browns..

Like how Berry has attacked the lines (3 of top 4 picks are in trenches) so far..

10 second split
Explosion in vertical and broad

Long arms

Checks all those boxes, would love to see Cleveland develop this guy into a weapon.

No real pressure on him to see the field early.

Chase Brown and Deuce Vaughn are two guys at RB to keep an eye on in round five.

Pass happy offense needs this quick, elusive athleticism at RB that can dash defenses and keep the LB/S honest.

Prediction...

140. Izzy Abanikanda RB, Pitt
142. Jammie Robinson, S, Florida State
190. Dorian Thompson-Robinson, QB, UCLA

Of course the Steelers get Nick Herbig. Bastards get a TJ Watt type.

People slept on him because he didn't do the combine and Pitt had a late pro day, but his athletic testing was incredible. His father was a track guy who also dabbled in college football. One cut and turns on the burners, which is perfect for the Browns outside zone scheme.

Defensively I am looking at Isaiah McGuire until some team snatches him away from us. Great fit as a third edge.

You nailed both picks, I love when a GM doesnt try and out smart a draft, usually a good sign
