A New Beginning

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I will look down on people talking tank. Never once rooted for my favorite teams to loss and I’m not going to start now just to fit the narrative.

Depends what we could receive in return for these guys. If LA has cap space available and they probably will I sure Lebron would want Korver out there with him because they don't have many shooters.

Why should we help LeBron in any way. It was a group effort that won the championship and he spent the best years of his career in Miami. I hope he falls on his face there.

Hey dumbass Gilbert release a statement already

Thank the King for all he’s done

Smh continues to make a joke of our front office

Man, fuck this. 4-year deal with the fucking Lakers?

...don't think Korver is going to push the Lakers over the top. I'm not going to hate on him or his decision. He came back we have a championship and that story is over.

Golden State is in a position to dominate the league for 4-5 more years....assuming health and minimal player attrition.

We shouldn’t be angling for “wouldn’t be bad”. You clear the deck and start over.

Our biggest challenges, to me are being married to Lue and Altman at this point. We have a coach that hasn’t been able to develop a single player and a GM that hasn’t made any meaningful trades (that we were on the plus side of).

I think people forget how awful it was with a player as good as Kyrie on our team early 2010’s. Rebuilding fucking sucks.....and if we do the half rebuild, let’s be pretend to try to be good, that will set us back even further.

No meaningful trades? Getting Nance jr., Hood and Hill was amazing work of trading. 2/3, with a lot of potential and Hill still has it..just hope he accepts the back up/mentor role to Sexton.

Maybe it's because I'm older but watching players like Russell, West, Bird, Magic and the Big O these players epitomized what great players were supposed to be. LeBron didn't win the Championship it was a team effort. I thought it was classless ad selfish what and how he left in 2010 and when he said he would retire a Cav I knew there were strings attached. He's not a guy I will miss.

Most frustrating part about all of this is where the state of the franchise is. How the organization is viewed by the public , current players and the ones coming into the league.

Having the greatest player in the world on your team is suppose to put your team in a certain light. Kids should be coming into the league for years and should be excited to play for the team LeBron James played on. I don't think that's the case or will be the case. Not until the owner shows he is capable of running a stable org.

So you'd rather just be bad enough to continually draft the Collin Sextons of the world rather than have a chance at the next joel embiid?

This team is the bobcats at best. No top tier free agents will ever come here. Ever. You improve via high lottery picks or you're the Bobcats. Shit , even with 2 number 1 overall picks, the Cavs were a 30 win team before LeBron came back. This is going to be terrible no matter how you slice it. You have to at least try to get elite young talent via the draft. It's the only way back to semi relevance.

The tank must happen.

You'll miss him plenty when you're watching Cedi Osman clank threes next February on a 25 win team.

Cavs come out of the weak East next year after Kyrie and Gordon Hayward injure themselves again and face a Lakers squad but LeBron suffers an infection from a tainted shipment of undetectable roids from Tijuana and can't play in the series. Cavs win the championship. Ante Zizic MVP.

Book it motherfuckers.

Golden State loses in the 2nd round because everyone gets hurt and Draymond Green gets AIDS.

Agreed. They should be able to get a solid pick for Love and they absolutely should. Let's hope that the pick next year is top 5. The squad actually does have a bit of young talent this time around. But they need a lot more.
