All Star 2016

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Neither will make it.

Drummond, Bosh, Millsap will be the 3 front court reserves. Wall, Butler, Derozan and Isiah Thomas will be the 4 back court guys.
Wall? Maybe Thomas, but why are we giving 4 backcourt guys (2 positions), and only 3 front court guys (3 positions). I don't think Kyrie should make it, he hasn't played enough games this year, but he should make it over Wall who doesn't have a playoff team. If you're not on a playoff team, the bar for the All Star game should be way higher than if you are. Also how backwards is it that the 2 seed gets more all stars than the 1 seed?

The last time a 1 seed hasn't had multiple all stars? Funnily enough it was probably the Cavs in 2010, despite the 61 win season.

Wonder if Kyrie will participate in the 3 point contest again, or if he will just take it easy over the break.

Who do you suggest leaving out of the 7 guys I have seen mentioned as the likely reserves pretty much across the board?
Love deserves to make it over that nerd Bosh unless the criteria is who looks most like a prehistoric dinosaur

Don't really care, but it's hilarious how certain NBA writers were falling all over themselves to get four Hawks in the game, yet the Cavs are going to end up with one.

That's different. They weren't the Cavs, it's no secret that Cleveland is one of the black sheep markets.

Aldridge is the Spurs' reward but he's pretty much their Kevin Love so you kinda just scratch your head.

Maybe the coaches just note FG% though.

Is there going to be enough balls for the all chuckers on the east?

Agree with @theSTEREO. , coaches likely penalized Cavs for Blatt firing by not giving them second All-Star.

The best g not to get picked for the all-star game was not Kyrie, it was Damien Lillard.

So is J.R. gonna get a 3 point contest invitation this year?

Aldridge shouldn't have made the all-star list over Dirk or Lillard. Dame has been playing out of his mind and inspite of losing four starters, they are still in eighth seed in the Western Conference. Dirk has been outstanding all season long and has made so many huge plays. Dame especially has been robbed IMO.

Now to East, I kinda understand why Kev didn't make it TBH. Butler, DeRozan, Wall, Thomas and Drummond all deserved to make the list. It was always going to be between Millsap, Love, Bosh and Horford for the last two spots. I am assuming they wanted a Hawk in there. So, that is why they went with Millsap who has been their best player this season. Not much between Bosh and Love this season. Bosh has slightly better numbers but he is the first/second option there unlike Love who is second/third option. Bosh is a better defender obviously but Love has a much better record. Its close between the two.
