Watch Kobe as soon as the pass is stolen by Griffin. He is literally upset. In the slow-mo replay he jumps and slaps his hands in disgust and starts yelling at LeBron. It's a little awkward b/c Melo' is kind of laughing it off.

The best might be Kobe saying "c'mon man" when LeBron takes his position as inbounds passer. Kobe can't believe it. It's also sort of funny b/c LeBron looks physically ill as he goes to take the ball from the referee. After the game you could really tell Bron was upset with how the game ended. His Craig Seger interview was pretty depressing...

Anyways...LeBron played out of his mind and is the best player in the world when he wants to be. Not sure why he turns the lightswitch off in the most critical moments. If LeBron burries a 3 to win it for the East, this All-Star game performance goes down as a legendary performance. Exhibition game or not...

Maybe Thibbs is just a master mind-fucker and drew up the play in the end for Wade to feed into the storyline. If so, he's an absolute genius.

Yeesh, Kobe talking to him like that makes me feel bad for James. I think Kobe might be playing head games with James, knowing they may see each other in the Finals.

Nothing matters until he performs in the finals and wins. Nothing.

If he took that shot and made it in this ASG, people would just say "oh look, he can only be clutch in meaningless games!" and if he misses "see, lebron can't even be clutch in the ASG!" - you know this is true (regardless of how ridiculously well he played to bring the East back in the first place). Everything is lose/lose for him until he plays well in the finals and wins a championship.

Even then it's lose/lose for him.

Lose the Finals... LeBron still can't handle the pressure of meaningful games/situations.
Win the Finals... LeBron only won because he teamed up with Wade and Bosh and took the path of least resistence, the "easy way out" so to speak.

The gif is from like 4 years ago so if he's a time traveller, sure.

Haha, I just saw the end part of that 1st gif, and didn't watch 1 second of the All-Star Game... noted.

How is Kobe getting to the Finals?

I leave for a while only to come back to people still taking the all-star stuff seriously?!?!

Fun game, fun weekend. Always one of my fav sports weekends in the year.

fuck...i find myself rooting for lebron

And this. I honest to god find myself somewhat rooting for the guy now. His attitude just seems...different. More likeable for some reason.

LeBron is .413 from 3 this year, wade has made 1 three pointer all season. So the last play is LeBron inbounding to wade? I know it's just an exhibition game, but this is the kind of stuff LeBron gets rightfully criticized for. First the turnover, get a second chance and then be the inbounder?

Also, it makes no sense for people to dismiss this game because it was blatantly obvious that LeBron wanted to win. If LeBron was trying that hard to come back, clearly the game meant something to him.

So weird seeing LeBron and Wade on the same team...

well we talk about lebrons 4 quarter 'exploits' enuogh so you now the players do, if i were kobe i would keep chipping away at that nut waiting for it to crack.

I love how competitive Kobe is. Wish there was more of that in the league.

This is the worst group of superstars probably ever. I can't wait for the clan of LeBron, Dwight, Carmelo, CP3 etc. to retire.

lol at Roses face when lebron and dwight are acting like they just won prom queen.

I think we will owe this generation quite a lot though. Their foolishness has shown durrant and rose the right path, so as kyrie emerges he should be part of a more competitive superstar field lead by thsoe two.

on a side note; i really want okc to win the NBA finals this year
