If Billy is called up by the Cavs for at least 15 days this year, he will be a restricted free agent for the Cavs next summer.
That's not much at all.

I agree and is a direct reflection of playing time against any competition and the level of competition he did face over a two year period. He is way behind the curve but at least he has skills that can be worked with. There is a starting point which is good. Many don’t.Since that stuff has been going on for decades I really don't care about who got what.
What I do care about is that Preston looks totally overmatched in the minutes he gets. Not much basketball IQ. Canton will be a challenge for him.
Hope not, thats his floor. He might not become LeBron James.
He is young. Cost us nothing. Stick him in canton for a year. Bring him up a few times to have a taste. Zero to lose hereI keep on saying with him, giving him time (to grow) is the key. There are elements of talent to his game. Right now, he very much looks like a KID who hasn't played hoops recently let alone against the best players in the world.
He might not ever become a player. Right now, he looks like his mind is moving a million miles an hour. I love his length and I can SEE the potential. He sort of sadly reminds me of Jumaine Jones, who never quite could put all his talent together to become a consistent pro.

I see more of a Paul Pierce in him if you ask me.Reminds me of Lenny Cooke. That's not good
