What have the done to that poor kid? He'll be lucky to make it out with a broken leg this time.

I don't think the Bengals did anything. He's playing like he's terrified to take a hit.

Maybe a result of sitting out a full year?

At any rate, Terrace Marshall's out there like:

Ja'Marr Chase being kinda sucky is a surprise, not gonna lie

The Detroit Lions have released Breshad Perriman just five months after signing the veteran wide receiver, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Perriman signed a one-year, $3 million deal with Detroit in March and was expected to team with fellow newcomer Tyrell Williams to stabilize a completely overhauled Lions receiving corps.
But Perriman struggled throughout training camp and the preseason, and found himself in a position battle in recent weeks with Geronimo Allison, Tom Kennedy and Victor Bolden.
Perriman also dealt with a hip injury this summer, and Lions coach Dan Campbell indicated his roster spot could be in jeopardy last week when he told reporters "there just hasn't been enough out there" from the six-year veteran.

When the Browns’ initial 53-man roster is announced likely on Monday, two things will be clear: Browns GM Andrew Berry is finding gems in the late rounds of the draft; and on the island of misfits, where talented players have been cast aside.
The final 53-man roster will include two of his sixth-round draft picks in Donovan Peoples-Jones and Demetric Felton, and a forgotten man in defensive tackle Malik McDowell, who’s four years late to the field after a series of missteps.
In fact, the initial 2021 roster will feature all seven draft picks from 2020 ... and all eight from 2021

Wills is low key one of my areas of concern. I got a ton of faith in him but I also realize that he's the obvious weak link and needs to improve in order to become a long-term fixture on this team.

We just need Jedrick to learn how to count. His offsides jump last night triggered feelings I didn't know I still had.
There was a hold as well (can't remember what OL it was) that put us at 1st and 20 and I flashed back to the last 20 years. Started to feel horrible.

Not sure where to put this so I will right here. I am sure Dawson loves this...

One time while staying at the Hyatt Arcade in Cleveland before a Browns game, a group of us drunkenly snuck downstairs to a meeting area where the team must've had run-throughs or whatever they do the night before games. While trying to catch the elevator back upstairs, the doors opened and there he was: Trent Dilfer eating a Granny Smith apple, the most intense of all the apple varieties. Shocked, I could only muster a "Granny Smith, huh? Good choice." which was met with a "I think you guys are looking for a different elevator". That's the moment I realized that Trent Dilfer was a dick.
