Lebron dribbling in one spot for 6 seconds, taking fadeaway jumpers, not attacking the rim, looking dissinterested... um yeah we are screwed

So they like getting shots around the rim and we haven't had a dunk besides the Sasha leak out..

Well what New Jeresy is playing on defense is like zone-ish man. They're guarding players like Hughes, Pavlovic, and Lebron when they run around, but the defender to some extent is playing defense in one area of the court. Therefore that disables all penetration inside and is forcing Cleveland to shoot everything outside. Cleveland can't even get passed the FT line.

Maybe it was just a dream, but didn't Lebron dominate this Nets team last time we played them by posting up? Why haven't we done that once this game?

I am confused.

that ought to tell you volumes about their lack of aggressiveness on offense

Well, all they have to do is win one quarter and they win the game, hopefully they look like a team that cares. I think the Wizard-sleepwalk has put them in a apathetic state of mind. Ah, the good and the bad of that first round series.

4 of the New Jeresy players are pretty much in the paint-ish area and forcing any jumper possible. Whenever a Cleveland player drives to the basket, the closest help defender comes to help and the others drag inside to force the driver to shoot the ball or pass it to a person outside.

At least the defense has been good. Sometimes the I think the Cavs need to do a lot less thinking on the offensive end and just take open shots.
