Korver has to play 25-30 mins and get up 10+ shots for this team to have a chance (obviously LBJ has to play out of his mind too, and Love needs to have at least 15+).

JR, Hill, TT, Green, Clarkson, Nance are all vey limited role players. At least the odds are greater that they will play well at home.

I don't care how many people say that ..INCLUDING LUE, I cannot fathom that as a HC you can say or even think because they did not use a player that handcuffed you.
Not criticizing you as a poster, just the fact that Ty said it just insulted my intelligence.
What they do shouldn't dictate what you do if you have the better team.
He should rolled out Korver/Cedi/Zizic/Calderon and made them adjust to that.

I really don't think that was Lue's intention. I think he hesitates on making changes to his pre-game gameplan, and so didn't respond as quickly as he should have to Boston's lineup/rotation change.

I'm not saying that makes it any better. Being incapable of making good decisions quickly is no better than just being dumb when you're talking about coaching a basketball game.

I agree with you. He didn't know what to do- I'm tired of hearing this NBA friendly media discuss how great of a coach he is allegedly, when in reality he's average at best.
 
The thought of Boston somehow facing a Chris Paul less Houston sickens me. We better turn this round, though no doubt the Warriors get through if we do!
 
1. We are on the verge of blowing a golden opportunity. The Warriors are in a weird stretch of bad bball and might miss the Finals. We are seriously looking at a Rockets team heading to the Finals who could just go ice cold with their style of play, and we may not be the team there to steal the title.

2. I had been thinking that Kyrie basically got to contribute nothing to this Celtics post-season run. But it turns out, he helped earn that high seed, and apparently all Boston needs is home court to take out the Cavs, because we can't find a way to play well in Boston. Disgusting.

Think about this, just using logic, why would you say that ?
Why bring that level of incompetence on you?
He should have been using Korver regardless.
And you hit on the head , Lue doesn't respond consistently to make adjustments.
I really thought his use of Thompson on Horford was good ..but it shouldn't stop there.
It did.
 
Can't wait to hear Mark Jackson and Van Gundy tonight.

I wish we at least had the TNT Halftime Show to break up their garbage.
 
Tonight is about one thing and one thing only. Risk game 6 to win game 7. We must try Calderon and cedi in some lineups.

We must try to go super small. We must get Calderon some run with Lebron and 2nd unit.

We’ve got to get Korver, jr, lbj love and hill on the court for a while.

Show some different looks so we can get Boston in their back feet heading in to game 7.

No doubt we can win game 6 with status quo
 
Makes no sense and is super dumb but I feel like the Celtics have a better chance winning tonight than Game 7.

Yep. Even if we win its fools gold.

JR will end up playing 33 mins in game 7 and he'll be tired/bad. Clarkson might try to do too much. Jeff Green might feel the pressure, etc etc

We have try and establish something now(get Boston thinking and preparing for something else game 7) in hopes of getting role players that can step up in game 7.

Its risky as hell to play Cedi because we've done NOTHING for his development this post season. Its risky playing old man Calderon who hasn't had real time to adjust to physical playoff ball.

However, we have to think outside the box.

Not crazy at all.

Young Celtics make feel the pressure against LeBron in game 7. However, they may go all out tonight.

Its why LUE has to be on point with the rotations.

Edit: I'm still of the belief that if we beat the Warriors in game 6 in 2015 that we would have won game 7.
