I was way more muscular at 18-21 than I was at 22-23.

IT's the opposite of smart to stay away from PEDs when all the players in the league use them. I hope for his own sake that he takes or intends to take them in the future if he wants to reach his full potential.

PEDs are not evil...btw.

Not for me bro. I was with 22 waybmore muscular than I was with 18 lol. I was with 18 pretty skinny tbh. Bulked up a lot but thats a pretty normal development for young males.

Peds: I dont know. Im against all kind of push up stuff. Can't imagine it's healthy for the body...

Should be mandatory nowadays for athletes. For common folks? don't touch it unless you are very knowledgeable and can monitor it carefully.

I mean, taking anabolics off the table, taking HGH is not really harmful even for the general population...just expensive.

Again, I hope he will do everything to maximize his potential because he can be really great.

Just FYI, Hedo actually took steroids, and he had a pretty nice career.

Hedo took it especially in his last year's, because his body couldn't take the pressure anymore as much as I know.

He got caught in his last year, but he damn sure took it with the Magic. Rashard Lewis, Nelson, Howard, Hedo...they all did.

PED use is very very common in the NBA. Derrick Rose said so and George Karl as If I heard a player used some kind of substance, I would either rat him out or figured out how to get that shit too. You want a level playing field, and you can't really stop player from using them, and the league really doesn't want to. Why would you want your product to get worse?

Anyhow, it's for a total different time and i'm derailing the thread, but I want him to do everything it takes to reach greatness like many players do. You can have a different opinion of course :biggrinthumb:

Nah man all good. Im just not a fan of those things. But I'm not a professional athlete either, so its just my biased opinion. Maybe im wrong and need to update my knowledge who knows lol.

these may be common knowledge to most but just to make it clear: Are peds allowed in the NBA or not?

And I don't see such bulking up in Europe. Is it because they don't take anything artificial or just some cultural difference?

They are not allowed. But the NBA is turning a blind eye. It's very easy to avoid detection as the testing is scheduled days in advance, and the players that they do suspend, no one cares about...they are role players at best.

They are not allowed in the NFL too, and every one of them fuckers are on steroids there.

Remember when Lebron returned and he ate super clean but seemed to lack his explosiveness and was visibly lighter. Then he sat out for a week and clearly was at least ten pounds heavier and explosive. I don't think it was a change in the diet. Just my thoughts though.

He tried the no carb diet I think to take the pressure off his back, but he lost some explosiveness . I'm sure there was something else going on, but that don't didn't work
