I type over 100 WPM, and I manage to at least put together a respectable sentence. Also, you claim to have a "life", yet you spend an awful lot of time on here making yourself look stupid.

Apparently you don't read what other posters have to say.

I don't want to put words in Out of the Rafters' mouth, but he's asking for the simple courtesy of responding with intelligible comments. See, the problem with a lot of this shortened "leet" speech is that it is justified by people who claim they are trying to be brief and clever, but it comes across as them simply being intellectually lazy. I know when I'm posting a reply to somebody, I try to be as specific and intelligible as I can. I'm a believer that our thoughts are only as good as our language is. When we start taking shortcuts with our words, we run the risk of being misunderstood, or worse - being thought of as a fool.

Alright thats more then fair. I will do MY BEST to cut out the CRAP I used before. :)

Holy shit guys, calm down....a lot of "respectable" posters have just okay grammar on the site. And a ton of them come up with crazy trade ideas. Relax people.

The main conflict here is...

me and "heath" were most hated cavs fans on realGM till they kicked me off she is still there i think

I bring alot to this site in a + view point how do we no tor wont trade bosh for BS OJ mayo was traded for Kevin

Heath is a girl!?

Just wanted to clarify one thing. I'm just offering some advice to help you fit in here, I'm not trying to belittle you so I hope you didn't take it that way. I am not saying that you ARE a fool, Megaman. I'm simply saying that sometimes your posts are quite confusing and you COME ACROSS as foolish. Cleaning up the language is a big step in having people take you seriously around here. The people here tend to be quite informed and the standards we hold here are a little higher than what is allowed to pass over at Cavs.com.

Oh I didnt know if IT is or not. IT had a photo of a baby so I kinda just thought it was a woman. I never saw her on here just read something about here someone said and then saw HER/HE on realgm and cavs.com

Thanks again sir. I will make sure for now on not to sound foolish. Also thank you very much for saying this in a very nice way.

Thank you, Cratylus. It seems like you finally got through to Megamansilly.

You're welcome. Like I said, I didn't mean to put words in your mouth, but I felt reasonably sure that you and I were on the same page about this.

We were. My patience was just running thin after having to read so many of Megamansilly's posts that hurt my eyes. It seems that now he's cleaned up his posting and my eyes can be happy again. Also, it's amazing how much some punctuation and sentence structure can change the level of foolishness portrayed by their posts. You hit the nail on the head sir.

I never said anywhere that Gibson was "exceptional" as a player, but his value is higher than his ability because of his team chemistry and relationship with LeBron. That's just a fact. I'm not on his "nuts" as you so eloquently put it, I just have the ability to use at least a little bit of common sense when coming to a conclusion for a post.

Common sense tells me you make a trade if it makes you better, especially THAT much better. Remember, we're talking about packaging Gibson (hypothetically) for an all-star SG or PF. Any GM that balks at making that trade is a f*cking moron and deserves to lose his job.

And, what's a "fact?" Daniel Gibson is untouchable? According to who? I never heard Gilbert or Ferry or Brown say ANYTHING like that. Not once. Only person that said that is you, just a moment ago, on a message board. Hardly a "fact"..

Besides, are you saying we can't trade certain players because they're friends with LeBron James? Are you serious? Get a grip. We might as well rename the team, "The LeBrons."

But hey, let's do it. Let's trade Gibson, tell LeBron to deal with it or $%#* himself, and wave goodbye to the Cavaliers success some 2010.

You tell LeBron, "We got Caron Butler as our starting SG, now.. Boobie will be moved out to the Wizards." You think he's going to say "Oh no! I told you not to do that.. I'm going to play for the Knicks now, on that basis alone! **** Cleveland?"

Ya know, I don't get that impression from ANYONE playing in the NBA. If we got an all-star caliber player, and had to include Daniel f*cking Gibson in the trade, we'd be crazy not to. With an all-star at SG and Delonte on the bench, we'd be primed for championships to come; why on Earth would LeBron walk out on us then? Because he'd be mad about Gibson? Please. I doubt he'd be mad with a trade that brought in that level of talent.

Good plan.

You damn straight. Get off his testicles, B.

I never said the word untouchable, I said his value is higher to us than to most teams...but I NEVER EVER EVER EVER said untouchable. Caron Butler? Sign me up! Lets do it. You said for Vince Carter, now...I would personally rather have Redd than Carter, and Redd could be had without giving up Gibson(at least that's the general perception), which is why I think trading Gibson in a deal for VC is unrealistic. Not to mention, NJ has Devin Harris...why would they trade for Gibson? He would be a joke starting at the 2 in the NBA, and VC would hardly be worth giving up for a guy to back Devin Harris up.

I just don't think Gibson and Wally for VC is a realistic trade idea, and I don't either side would benefit from it as much as they could moving that particular player or set of players in a different deal.

But if we can get Caron Butler, Gibson is fair game.

To be honest, more of my unwillingness to agree with your trade idea for Gibson is my opinion of Vince Carter's fit on the Cavaliers than my "love" of Gibson. I like Gibson, but I'm not blinded by a man-crush or anything ridiculous like that.

Then we agree on everything but Vince Carter's value to whatever team he plays for.. Personally, I'd take Butler>Carter>Redd because of Youth>Consistency>Lights-Out Shooter; but that's just me..

So long as we agree that Gibson is fair game for the RIGHT trade, then I'll stop my less than polite posts..

Yeah, I definitely agree with that, no doubt. I just don't think Carter is a trade that would or should happen involving Gibson.

And I like Redd because he's only 1 year older than Butler and is absolutely lights out when he has to create a lot of his own offense, imagine some of the looks he'd get here.
