Exactly, so the assumption for a coaching change at the bye week is that
A - The players will benefit from one person's voice being gone with another voice from within being more effective.
B - There will be no drop off as assistant coaches shift into new roles.
If Haley had been markedly more successful than Hue had ever been as a playcaller, I would see the reason for such a move. I see that Haley doesn't necessarily see eye to eye with Him, but I don't see him being successful at his role either. It's like firing General McClellan and promoting Joeseph Hooker to take his place @The Human Q-Tip you aren't going to win either way.
